Being the founding partner of BOSTANCI HUKUK and responsible for the general coordination of services, BOSTANCI has completed his masters and doctorate degrees in private law and has written many scientific works related to his fields of expertise. BOSTANCI is responsible for legal consultancy and audit services in the nature of labor and social security law, contract law, disputes arising from work accidents and occupational diseases, legal disputes arising from traffic accidents, corporate law, commercial law, preventive (protective) legal services.
BOSTANCI, who successfully became a mediator in the first mediation exam held in 2013, has been carrying out mediation activities by being registered in the mediators registry of the MINISTRY OF JUSTICE since 2014.
